TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking
Provisional reservations on a course may be made online or by telephoning 01246 582658. We do however require the completion of an individual booking form from each member of your family / group. These should then be sent with a cheque to: Beyond Hope PO Box 7172, Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 9AH

Deposit
When booking a holiday, you must sign a booking form accepting the terms of these conditions and pay 25% of the final course fee. The deposit paid in respect of each holiday is accepted as a first installment of the course fee. The receipt or banking of a deposit or the making of a provisional reservation does not imply final acceptance of the booking. If a booking cannot be accepted, notification and refund of any deposit will be sent as soon as possible. If accepted a confirmation invoice will be forwarded to you normally within 2 weeks of receipt of your signed booking form.

Final Balance
The remaining course fee is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the course start date. If the course is booked within 4 weeks of the course date payment is required in full. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges.

Changing Your Booking
If after you're booking has been confirmed you wish to transfer to a different course / date, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements provided that written notification is received from the person who signed the booking form, not later than the date on which balance of the original course price is due for payment. Alterations made within the balance due period will be regarded as a cancellation by you.

Cancellation
Beyond Hope reserves the right to cancel any course due to circumstances outside of our control, such as hazardous weather conditions, accident, transport theft / malfunction, incapacitating illness, strikes, civil unrest, riots etc. Where a course is cancelled by Beyond Hope, we will refund all monies paid to us. In all cases liability will only extend to the refund of monies received. Please note all cancellations should be made in writing.

If you cancel your booking
Should you, or any member of your party, be forced to cancel your booking you must do so in writing and this letter must be signed by the person who signed the booking form.

Where a client cancels a course more than 4 weeks prior to the course date, 25% of the total course fee will be payable.

Where a client cancels a course less than 4 weeks prior to the course date the course fee is non-refundable.
